浅谈无定案证据刑事嫌疑人的审查原则和方法

Superficial Talking about the Unsettled Criminal Suspect's Reviewing Principle and Method

To some people who probably have committed a crime,but temporarily lack an emollient direct proof to prove the case.The person who probably commit the crime we call it as a settled criminal suspect.In the practical investigation,we are lacked of rules and principles under the circumstances,how carrying on the related provision of reviewing to the suspect person.Therefore it usually causes invading human rights or disadvantageous circumstance on investigation.So the research which strengthens to this problem has important realistic meaning.This text mainly carried on the treatise of synopsis towards didn't settling case the suspect person's reviewing principle and reviewing method.I hoping it can make a good function that leads to a high level in the educational circles.
