| Abstract: | Since the reform and the opening to the outside world, great changes have been taken place in the internal structure of the working class in our country; A variety of groups standing for different interests have emerged and the contradictions of labor relations have been being revealed. In our work of trade union, we should coordinate the labor relations, and put emphasis on asserting the legitimate rights of the working class. |
