| 摘 要： | 恐怖主义是当今世界的一大公害,对国际社会的安全与稳定构成了严重威胁。恐怖主义的产生是由于多方面的原因引起的。面对不同类型恐怖主义的挑战,必须有针对性地制定反恐对策,有效运用各种技术手段,从而最终战胜恐怖主义。

| Abstract: | Terrorism is a big public hazard of our times, threatening the security and stead of the international community seriously. However, the reasons that caused terrorism are in many aspects. In the face of different kinds of terrorist challenges, the anti-terrorism countermeasures must be made pointedly and various kinds of technological means should be used effectively, to overcome terrorism finally. |
