| Abstract: | This essay first briefly introduces the development of U.S Free Trade Agreements. It further exposes the background for NAFTA affecting investment provisions in the current U.S Free Trade Agreements. Subsequently, it sets forth the major influence of NAFTA on investment provisions in the U.S Free Trade Agreements mainly through the two aspects of minimum treatment standard and expropriation. In the end, this essay analyses the enlightenment to China. |
