| Abstract: | Citizen govemance theory as a recently rise and develop theory analyses framework of the public management field,it aims to lead the citizen into making policy process of public affairs.We can consider from enhancing citizen conscious education and citizen participate machine-processed,to mold the citizen conscious conform to modem society,which can provide a hypothesis condition for citizen governance theory in our country. |
