| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校就业指导体系存在的突出问题是:就业指导队伍专业性不强,就业指导工作体系比较封闭,就业指导理论研究相对滞后,就业指导工作实践存在功利性倾向,就业信息公共服务体系不完善。金融危机背景下高校就业指导体系构建,需要建立一支稳定的专家队伍,加强理论研究,完善全社会共同参与的有效平台。
