| 摘 要： | 警官作为执法主体是政治权力主体重要的组成部分 ,他们的执法效能直接取决于其基本属性 ,这就必然要求他们具备合法权威、合格权威和个人权威。这三者有利于建构警察的合法性 ,并对政治系统的合法性产生积极影响。
