中关警察教育培训体系比较研究

中美警察教育培训体系截然不同。美国的警察教育培训有以下特点：一是警察教育实行“分而自治的独立体制；二是贴近实战的教育训练模式；三是完善的在职教育培训制度；四是重视建设一支高素质的教师队伍。根据我国国情认真细致地开展我国公安教育培训的改革与创新，真正摆脱旧的教学培训模式存在的各种弊端，进而达到我国公安教育培训的既定目标。

Comparative Study on Sino -American Police Education and Training System

The police education and training system between China and the United States is completely different. Some features of the police education and training in the United States are as followed ： firstly, each state has independent system ; secondly, the training is close to actual combat; thirdly, to improve the system of in-service police training; finally, to pay attention to build up a team with highly qualified teachers. According to current situation of China, police training and education should be reformed and innovated to get rid of disadvantages of old model, and to achieve objectives of police education and training in China finally.
