| 摘 要： | 控制下交付是目前打击跨国、跨地区违禁品犯罪一项有效的特殊侦查措施，在司法实践中发挥着重要作用，但是实践中常常由于操作不当而导致失败。究其原因，有客观方面的，也有主观方面的。只有进一步加强侦查员的基本素质，才能从根本上提高运用控制下交付的能力。

| Abstract: | ＂ Drug Trafficking under Police Control＂, is an efficient detection applied in the fight against international and trans - regional narcotics crimes. Although this measure plays an essential role in judicial practice, failures in practice appear ev- ery now and then. The reasons for failures lie in both objective and subjective aspects. Wherefore, we cant basically improve ourselves to take advantage of drug trafficking under police control before we strengthen detectives＇proficiency. |
