| 摘 要： | 诉讼保险制度是发达国家普遍采用的保障中产阶级接近正义,提高整个法治品质的社会制度装置。对于处在社会转型期的我国而言,有必要引入诉讼保险制度,以解决经济能力处于社会中等水平阶层的“维权难”问题。 |

| Abstract: | Legal Expense Insurance (LEI),a vehicle to secure the middle class to access to justice and to improve the government in accordance with a system of law,is commonly available in developed countries. While China’s society in undergoing a transitional process,it is necessary for us to introduce LEI to solve the problem that the middle class find it hard to safeguard their rights. This paper mainly studies the function and modes of LEI and observes the prerequisite for the introduction of LEI into China. |
