| 摘 要： | 恐怖主义案件是一种特殊的刑事案件.在恐怖主义案件的初步侦查中,现场勘查以及在此基础上的案情分析,是侦破案件的关键和基础,同时,应结合恐怖案件的构成特征,总结案件现场勘查和案情分析方面需要注意的若干特殊问题.

| Abstract: | Terrorism Crime is a special kind of case.In the preliminary investigation of terrorism case,the crime scene investigation and the analysis of case details are the foundation and key to crack a criminal case.At the same time,we should summarize some special things on how to carry the crime scene investigation and analyze the details of case on the basis of the characteristics of terrorism crime. |
