| 摘 要： | 湘西地区是各民族融合居住的地区。这里农村矛盾纠纷呈现出复杂化、多元化趋势。其成因是多方面的,包括历史原因、现实原因、观念原因、利益原因等。和谐解决湘西民族地区农村纠纷,需要我们重视本土资源,推进国家法与民间习俗形成良性互动,促进纠纷的传统解决模式与现代解决方式的有机结合,构建多元化的农村纠纷解决机制。

| Abstract: | Various ethnic groups live together in the western region of Hunan.Rural disputes there are becoming complex and diverse,which results from historical,realistic,concept and interest factors.Harmoniously resolving rural disputes in ethnic regions of western Hunan demands attaching importance to local resources,promoting the interaction between state law and folk customs,advancing the combination of traditional and modern model of resolving disputes,and constructing diverse mechanism of resolving disputes in rural areas. |
