| 摘 要： | 当前我国在警力严重不足的情况下,聘用大量辅警作为警力的补充,在一定程度上起到了积极作用,但是辅警这支日益庞大的队伍却存在着一些不容小觑的问题。加强辅警的人力资源管理和辅警的制度法规体系建设,使辅警队伍早日走向正规化的发展道路。是解决问题的重要途径。

| Abstract: | At present,due to the insufficiency of police force in our country,it＇s of positive effect to employ large amounts of auxiliary police to some extent.However,there are some problems that cannot be ignored in the increasingly larger team of auxiliary police.Strengthening the human resource management of auxiliary police and construction of the system of laws and regulations,and making them professionalized is a good way of solution. |
