| 摘 要： | 2003年10月28日十届全国人大常委会第五次会议通过的《道路交通安全法》的相关内容值得探讨。详细解读《道路交通安全法》的主要内容,可以看出《道路交通安全法》存在的问题,例如在草案法律名称、相关概念表述、交通管理的主体、裁决处罚权限规定、交通事故责任的认定等方面存在不足,因此,建议对《道路交通安全法》进行修改,希望能为立法机关提供有益的参考意见。

| Abstract: | Some contents of Road Traffic Safety Law publicized in October 28, 2003 are worth discussing. This article unscrambles its main contents in detail, points out its questions such as the name of the draft law, the parlance of some related concepts, the subjects of traffic management, the provision of sanction purview and the conformation of accident obligation, etc. The article also brings forward amendatory advices which are reference to legislature. |
