| Abstract: | Environmental issue is one of the major issues facing the whole world. This issue is all the more outstandingly serious in China. To deal with this issue we should implement sustainable development strategy, which needs environmental legal system as a prerequisite. The article puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of environmental legal system from such aspects as environmental legislation, environmental law enforcement, and the like. |
