| 摘 要： | 班组长协会，是大港油田最具“油味”的群众性组织。油田工会在其建设上，注意了形成齐抓共管的工作格局；注意了提升班组长队伍整体素质；注意了提升基层的经营管理水平；并注意了发挥班组长兵头将尾作用。今后拟进一步将其建成利于班组长学习提高的学校和沟通交流的桥梁，并成为其温馨和谐的家园。

| Abstract: | The group leader committee is the organ with the most special characteristics of Dagang oil- field. The trade union of Dagang oilfield has these following advantages. We noticed to form a working system by pulling together. We noticed to improve the quality of the group leaders. We noticed to enhance the adminis- trators＇levels. We noticed to function the group leaders. In the future, we should become it to a contacting bridge and to a school which can help the group leader improve. In the meanwhile, we should construct a har- monious staff~ family for them. |
