| 摘 要： | 本文分别从涉案领域、作案手段、作案成员、送检要求、送检单位和对象等方面阐述了新形势下文检案件的特点。并针对这些特点,分别提出了理顺体制,激活文检技术人员的积极性和能动性;开展专门研究,提高文检人员的专业素质和技术水平;增加投入,购置文检所需的先进仪器等应对措施。

| Abstract: | This article states the features of the inspected cases in a new situation from the following aspects: place, ways and members of the cases and requirements, inspected units and targets of inspection as well. Against these features,it also provides the meatures to perfect the system: to arouse technicians' enthusiasm and activity, to make professial researches to improve the inspectors' professial performance and their technique, to invest more money to buy advanced instruments needed in inspection. |
