| 摘 要： | 我国经济从 1997年开始 ,已经连续 5年GDP增长处于 7%～ 8%的水平 ,影响我国经济增长的原因是经济体制改革带来的一些问题。但是 ,只要我们努力解决以下问题 ,就完全可能在未来 2 0年～ 30年甚至半个世纪的较长的时间里 ,把我国经济维持在较高的增长水平上 :1、深化国有企业改革。 2、推动金融体制改革。 3、加快社会保障体制改革。 4、减少第三产业的进入壁垒。 5、推动教育体制改革。 6、反思、改革传统的扶植农业的政策。

| Abstract: | We will be able to keep our economy growing rapidly for 20-30 years or even for as a long period as half a century to come, provided we can, first, deepen the reform of the state-owned enterprises; second, push ahead with the structural reform of the financial system; third, step up the structural reform of social security; fourth, reduce the barriers in the service sector ; fifth, push ahead with the reform of the educatonal system; sixth, rethink and improve the traditional policies on helping agriculture . |
