| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我们党在新时期提出来的一个发展新理念。科学发展观的提出,丰富和发展了我们党关于社会主义现代化建设的指导思想。这突出表现在它在发展的思维范式上实现了重大转变、在发展的内涵上不断丰富、在发展的依靠力量上准确把握、在发展的目标上进一步落到实处和在新时期政府的建设方向上倾向于服务型政府五个方面。

| Abstract: | The scientific viewpoint of development is a new idea put forward in the new stage,which enriches and develops the guiding ideology of the CPC of socialist modernizations,which prominently shows in the five aspects,namely:in the great transformation of the ways of thinking,in the enrichment of connotation;in the assurance of the support;in attaining the objectives and in building a service government in the new stage. |
