当代中国民主发展基本条件刍议

民主是共性与个性，普遍性与特殊性的统一。中国民主发展需要把一般的民主条件与中国的特殊性结合起来，才能有助于中国特色社会主义民主实践的发展。中国民主发展需要具备一系列基本条件，它要求高度的物质条件，完善的法治条件，透明的信息条件，一定的智力条件，相应的社会心理条件。中国民主发展的程度取决于这些相互制约、相互作用的条件实现的程度。

Discussion on Basic Conditions of Contemporary Chinese Democracy Development

Democracy is the unity of commonness and individuality, universality and particularity. The democratic development in China needs the combination of the general democratic conditions with the particularity of China,which will contribute to the development of the socialistic democratic practice with Chinese characteristics. Chinese democracy development requires a series of basic conditions, which requires a high degree of material conditions, perfect law conditions, transparent information conditions,certain mental conditions as well as the corresponding social psychological conditions. The degree of China＇s democratic development depends on that of realization of these conditions which are interacted and influenced with each other.
