| 摘 要： | 随着抗日战争不断深入和全国人民强烈呼吁,国民政府开始从舆论和外交上做收复台湾的准备,1943年12月1日《开罗宣言》发表,台湾回归祖国已成定局。随后,国民政府于1944年3月成立台湾调查委员会,展开接收台湾的各项准备工作。这些工作为台湾的顺利接收奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Along with the deeply development of the War of Resistance against Japan and the intense appeal of the entire nation, the Nationalist Government set about the preparations of Taiwan' s recapture on public opinion and diplomacy. Up to the announcement of Cairo declaration in 1 March 1944, Taiwan's return had become an inevitable outcome. Subsequently, the Taiwan Investigation Committee was set up by the Nationalist Government in charge of the preparations of Taiwan' s recapture. All of these preparations provided a strong foundation for the successful take-over of Taiwan. |
