澳门青少年偏差及违法行为现况分析

差异接触理论最能解释澳门的青少年犯罪问题。青少年之所以违法,是因为在其行为的学习过程中,学到较多破坏法纪的理念而较少守法的理念;在与亲密团体的接触中,他们会被塑造,学习对某一特殊社会行为下定义,变成他们自己的价值观,澳门的偏差和违法青少年有较多的黑社会朋友,与黑社会朋友来往也很多,他们也容易受朋辈的负面影响。家庭的社会经济地位与子女的“偏差行为”及“违法行为”关系不大。
