Abstract:The action of "Establish Learning Organization and Strive to be Learning Worker" is the need of enterprises' development. Either enterprises or individual must improve the ability of competition through learn continuously in order to find a foothold in the intense competition. We should establish the concept of life-long learning and insist the principle of integrating theory with practice.
