非公领域汇聚了当今中国绝大多数优秀青年人才 ,他们已经成为发展社会主义市场经济的优质人力资源 ,是执政党坚实的群众基础。然而 ,由于非公经济的特殊性以及活跃在其中的优秀青年精英的职业特点 ,传统的“单位制”团建面临着新的挑战 ,团的工作难以形成有效覆盖 ,影响到团组织的凝聚力和战斗力 ,一定程度上削弱了党的执政基础。因此 ,研究非公领域和体制外优秀青年的凝聚机制 ,实现团组织工作在新时代、新领域的新拓展具有重要的现实意义

The mechanism construction of excellent youth's cohesion work in the non- public sectors and the research on countermeasures

The excellent young talents working in non-public sectors are the mass foundation of CCP.However,with the specific characteristics of the young talents in non-public new challenges and the work of the youth league can't cover the new sectors efficiently.Therefore,the cohesive force and fighting power of the youth league,the cohesive force and fighting power of the youth league has been affected and the mass foundation of CCP has been undermined in a certain level.Hence,study on the countermeasures and cohesion mechanism toward the cxcellent young talents in the non-public sectors has significant importance in the market-economy transformation era.
