| Abstract: | The article begins with the theory of the dead angle in the crimina investigation,discusses the relation between
the dead angle in the social control and the dead angle in thecriminal investigation,analyses the reason why the dead angle in the
criminal investigation happens from the practice and the theory of the epistemology,and puts forward the resolution to the dead
angle in the criminal investigation. |
