新旧矛盾、结构矛盾及其关系

新旧矛盾是事物内部新的一方与旧的一方组成的矛盾，其主要特征是相克，在事物发展的质变阶段表现比较突出；结构矛盾是事物内部不同部分、层次之间组成的矛盾，其主要特征是相生，在事物发展的量变阶段表现比较突出。两类矛盾相互交织，相互转化，共同推动着事物的运动和发展。实践中，要正确认识两类矛盾，用不同的思维方式解决不同的矛盾，同时，思维方式还要随矛盾的变化而变化，要注重两种思维方式的有机结合，只有这样，对构建和谐社会才有现实的指导价值。
