| 摘 要： | 新的形势要求把学习实践科学发展观不断引向深入。这是用马克思主义中国化最新成果武装全党、提升党的建设科学化水平、推进中国特色社会主义经济社会事业健康发展、提高党的执政能力的共同需要。要在领会内涵上、在改造客观世界上、在改造主观世界上、在转变干部作风上下功夫。必须从建立健全学习实践科学发展观长效机制、建立学习实践科学发展观考评制度、加强对深入学习实践科学发展观的组织领导等方面不断完善保障措施。

| Abstract: | The new situation calls on the indepth study and practice of Scientific Outlook of Development,which is the common need for arming the whole party with the newest achievement of Sinicization 0f Marxism,promoting the level of the scientific Party-building,propelling the sound development of the economic and social cause 0f socialism with Chinese characteristics and improving the Party＇s governing capacity.It is worthwhile to comprehend the true meaning of Scientific Outlook of Development,remoulding our subjective world,changing the objective world and improving cadres＇ work-style hence safeguards to perfect the long-acting mechanism and the assessment system of the study and practice of Scientific Outlook on Development and strengthen the organizational leadership in deepening the study and practice of Scientific Outlook on Development. |
