摘 要: | 公务员终身学习机制的确立要有科学的用人机制为激励导向。应该依托公务员培训制度,走出用人方面年轻化的误区,克服对人才认识的片面性,以及完善科学的考核机制等诸多方面来导向,激励公务员终身学习机制的建立。

Guidance of Personnel Placement and the Establishment of Lifelong Study System for Civil Servant |

Abstract: | The establishment of lifelong study system for civil servant should be guided by a scientific system of personnel placement. It should depend on the training system of civil servant to get rid of the long-standing mistaken idea of personnel rejuvenation, to conquer the one-sidedness in certificating talents, and to establish a scientific assessment system. |
