浅析黑社会性质组织

黑社会性质组织是指以暴力、威胁、或者其他手段,有组织地进行违法犯罪活动,称霸一方,为非作恶,欺压残害群众,严重破坏社会、经济、生活秩序的违法犯罪组织。黑社会性质组织具有组织的稳定性,经济的敛财性,行为的暴力性,非法的控制性等特征。一个犯罪组织,只有同时具备上述四个特征,才能界定为黑社会性质组织。
