| 摘 要： | 近几年,随着农民物质生活水平的提升,他们对精神文化方面的需求也越来越高。目前,我省农村文化建设虽然取得了一些成绩,但总体上仍然是个薄弱环节,严重滞后于社会经济发展水平。用先进的符合农村特点的文化占领农村阵地,不仅是落实科学发展观的内在要求,更是全面建设小康社会,维护改革、发展、稳定大局的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Recently,with the improvement of people's living standard,we are having more and more spiritual requirement. At present,there are some achievements on rural culture construction,but they are still in small scale,and behind the whole economy development.Getting into rural area with advanced culture which is suitable to farmers is an important way to realize a better-off society,protect the reform,development and the stable situation. |
