诚信不仅是我国传统道德体系的根本和基础,而且也是社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容。诚信在我国精神文明建设中占有重要的地位,是精神文明建设的道德源泉。推进社会主义精神文明建设,必须大力加强社会诚信教育:一是要以个人诚信教育为重点,更新诚信教育的内容;二是要重点加强对政府及其工作人员的诚信观教育;三是要加快社会信用体系的建设,努力提高诚信教育工作的实效性。

Sincerity and credit is not only the basis of Chinese traditional moral system,but also an important part of socialist spiritual civilization.Sincerity and credit plays an important role in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization for it is the foundation of morality .In order to promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,we should strengthen the education of social sincerity and credit by strengthening personal moral education especially the moral education of government officials,also by speeding up the building of credit system.
