罪犯文化心理分类改造范式研究

依罪犯的文化认同心理、文化需求心理和文化冲突心理，借助文化改造的推力和监狱分类改造的理论与实践，进行罪犯文化心理分类改造的范式设计性研究，是对现行分类改造方法的补充，对罪犯的改造具有完善力、彰显力、变革力和提升力之作用。其范式的设计有罪犯文化认同心理值设计、罪犯文化需求心理值设计和罪犯文化冲突心理值设计，范式的应用路径有直接分类法、重组分类法和多级分类法。
