| 摘 要： | 开展网络电话犯罪案件的侦查工作，应当依据个案的具体情况．采取相应的侦查措施。网络电话犯罪案件的侦查既脱离不了网络侦查工作的一般规律，又有着其独特性。在侦办此类案件时，应当坚持从实际出发，从常规思路入手，结合网络电话本身的技术原理和技术特点，寻找案件的突破口。

| Abstract: | When carrying out the work of investigating network call crime,we should take relevant investigation measurements according to the particular situation of the individual case.The investigation of network call crime is not out of the common law of network investigation,but has its particularity.When investigating this kind of crime,we should insist on finding out the breakthrough of the case from the common thoughts and according to the technical principle and characteristics of network call itself. |
