| 摘 要： | 宽严相济的刑事政策是当今我国的刑事政策。监狱的宗旨是惩罚和改造罪犯,监狱的根本任务是将罪犯改造成为守法公民。在监狱的刑罚执行工作中,必须贯彻宽严相济的刑事政策,做到宽严相济、区别对待,才能更有效地改造罪犯。

| Abstract: | The criminal policy of Tempering Justice with Mercy is the current criminal policy in China.The purpose of the prison is punishing and reforming the criminals,and the basic task of the prison is reforming the criminals and making them become the lawful citizens.In penalty executing of prison,we should carry out the criminal policy of Tempering Justice with Mercy,and discriminate the criminals,so that the criminals could be efficiently reformed. |
