| 摘 要： | 证券投资基金业在我国证券市场地位愈发显得举足轻重，这种间接的投资方式，因其相对于直接投资股票、债券，具有风险系数低、回报率较高的特点，获得了广大投资者的青睐。然而。由于相关法律法规的滞后，证券投资基金业存在大量的违规、违法、甚至犯罪行为，其中违反信息披露义务的问题尤为突出，应加强对违反信息、披露义务的刑事责任构建的研究。
