| 摘 要： | 要在以股份制为代表的现代企业制度中有效实现劳动者参与企业民主管理,首先必须在理论上正确认识劳动者参与企业民主管理的性质.现代企业制度是不同要素所有者的契约关系,劳动者参与企业民主管理不是企业主人翁的权力,而是劳动力产权所有者的权利.

| Abstract: | In order to effectively realize laborer's democratic management in modern enterprise system, which adopts the form of joint-holding system, first of all, the nature of laborer's democratic management in joint-stock enterprises must be made definite. The modern enterprise system is contractual relationships of owners of different essential factors. Laborers participating in democratic management is not the power of master of their own enterprises, but it is the right of property right of labor force. |
