| Abstract: | In feudal society law system, where all laws were united, the prison legislation was not systematic. Orders from the emperors served as an important supplement to prison law. This paper tries to analyze the characters of prison legislation in feudal society. The result will be of great importance for us to know the essence of it and to understand and implement the prison law in China today. |
