| 摘 要： | 近年来，盗车犯罪已成为一个严重的社会问题，给人民群众生命财产安全带来了极大的危害。文章从偷车犯罪的规律特点、发案原因、打防难点等方面，分析了盗车案件屡打不绝的原因，并就如何从法律法规、打击防范等方面构建打击盗车犯罪的预防体系，最大限度地预防和减少盗车犯罪，提出了相应对策。
