On System of Crime Doctrine

The main function of the system of crime doctrine is the illustration of criminal code, course book or exploration of criminal theories. There is no perfect system of crime doctrine. As the kernel of system of crime doctrine, the theory of crime establishment needs to reasonably settle the following issues: analysis and synthesis, fact and value; structure and order, affirmation and negation; cognizance and presumption, and protection of human rights.
