| 摘 要： | 领导工作的本质是服务——用人民赋予的权力为人民谋利益,为社会提供公共产品和制度保障,维护社会的稳定,实现社会和谐。在构建和谐社会中,领导干部要淡化权力意识,增强责任意识,用自己的工作服务于人民,服务于社会,在实现自身和谐的同时辐射社会的和谐,进而推动社会和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Lead the nature working to be to serve the authority using the people to give to working for the interests of the people sincerely,be that society provides the common product and the system guarantee,defends society's stability,realizes society harmoniously.In structuring harmonious society,the leading cadre is going to weaken authority mental consciousness,to strengthen responsibility mental consciousness,use self job to serve in the people,realize self's harmony of simultaneous harmonious radiation society,and then the harmonious development serving in society,driving society's again. |
