| 摘 要： | 为应对家庭生活领域的变化,上海市积极引入专业社会工作开展家庭服务,取得了满意的效果.但其在发展过程中还存在专业家庭社工人才队伍尚待形成、专业服务水平尚待提高、家庭社区岗位和专业机构比较缺乏等问题.我们应从人才队伍建设和支持体系建设两个方面推动家庭社会工作的发展.

| Abstract: | In response to changes in the field of family life,Shanghai applies social work to family service and achieved favorable effects.Through the analysis of family social work,this paper discusses problems in its developing process.For instance,the specialized social work team has not formed,the service level requires for improvement,there are deficiencies in family social employment and specialized institutions.And we should raise suggestions in workforce construction and supporting system. |
