北京地区法医昆虫学研究──Ⅱ.尸体分解过程中的昆虫种类演替与死亡时间推断

在调查北京地区嗜尸性昆虫物种谱系的基础上，进一步研究了在尸体分解过程中，昆虫种类的演替特点及其对死亡时间推断的价值。嗜尸性昆虫侵食尸体的过程可分为侵入期、分解期和残余期：侵入期以双翅目蝇类为主，时间推断以幼蛆的发育程度为依据；分解期出现大量鞘翅目种类，时间推断以甲虫的各类组成、数量以及演替特征为主要依据；残余期昆虫数量极少。季节及温度、环境条件、尸体是否受伤或裸露，是影响昆虫侵食尸体时序的三个重要因素。正常的春季，侵入期为8至25天，分解期为约42天。

A STUDY ON THE FORENSIC ENTOMOLOGY Ⅱ. THE SUCCESSION OF INSECTS IN CORPSE AT THE POSTMORTEM DECOMPOSING PERIOD AND TIMING OF DEATH

After a detailed study on species-spectrum of sarcosaprophagous insects invading to corpses in the suburbs of Beijing,this paper presents the results of succession of insects at the postmirtem period, and the applicaTion of the entomology in the in the medicolegal investigations. The process of corpse decomposition can be divided into three stages: initial period, active decomposition peried and skele tonized period. The initial period is marked by the arriving of sarcosaprophagous flies and their coloniz ing, so the medicolegal investigations should be focused on egg production, maggot development and ambient temperature or other environmental conditions. The second period,active decomposition peri od,is characterized by the appearance of mass beetles and other insects besides fly species on corpses. In this period,the forensic information would be obtained by careful studies of species composition and successive changes of insects in corpse. The skeletonized period can extend for a long time,but very few insects can be found in this period. The progress of corpse decomposition is usually affected by weather (temperature, rainfall and so on ), environment (grassland, woods, farmland or others ), and the original status of a corpse (with or without wound). In spring,the initial period lasts about 8~25 days,and the active decomposing period lasts about 42 days.
