| 摘 要： | 实行按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合 ,是由按劳分配的局限性、坚持和发展马克思劳动价值论、实现所有权经济利益、资源的稀缺性、多种经营方式所决定的。其现实意义是有利于各种非公有制经济成分的发展壮大、拓宽居民和家庭收入来源、提高资源利用效率和经济效益。 |

| Abstract: | It is necessary to keep the connection of distribution according to work with distribution according to productive factor on account of the limitation of the distribution according to work,following and developing Marx's Theory of Labour Value,the shortage of resourses and of diversified undertakings,so as to be favourable to the development of non-public ownership economy,enlarge private incomes and enhance effective usage of resources. |
