| 摘 要： | 在环境法领域,放宽环境公益诉讼原告资格的限制,已成为世界各国环境立法的一个普遍趋势.为有效保护民众的环境权益,美国不断扩张环境诉讼原告资格,其经验值得研究和借鉴.根据我国的国情,在环境法领域,应当尽快建立检察机关提起公益诉讼制度和团体诉讼制度.

| Abstract: | In the area of environmental law,it has been a general trend in global legislation to expand the restriction on standing of plaintiff in public interest litigation litigation.In order to effectively protect the environmental rights of citizens,American law has kept expanding the standing of plaintiff in environmental public interest litigation,its experience deserves research and study.According to the situation of our country,the mechanism of environmental public interest litigation raised by prosecutorial bureau and group litigation needs to be established urgently in the area of environmental law. |
