| 摘 要： | 企业如何成为学习型组织是当今多变的社会经营环境中人们关注的主要问题。本文通过分析全面质量管理与组织学习所具有的特点和相似之处,提出运用全面质量管理理论组建学习型组织,为如何建立学习型组织提供一种新的思路和方法。

This text tries to analyze the features and similarities of the quality control and organizing study to set up organizations of studying type with a theory of overall quality control. It means to provide a new thought and means of how to build up organizations of the studying type. |
