| 摘 要： | 腐败犯罪已成为中国的焦点问题和重大社会问题。新制度主义认为制度性缺陷导致腐败,现行的体制和具体制度存在的缺陷为腐败犯罪的发生提供了机会和条件。因此,只有通过制度创新和体制改革,完善激励机制,改革机会结构,强化约束机制,才能从根本上改变人们的行为方式,达到遏制和预防腐败犯罪的效果。

| Abstract: | corruption has become a focus and an important social problem in China. Newsystem claims that the unperfect results the corruption. The unperfect of present specific systemprovides the chance and the condition for corruption. Therefore, only the system innovation andthe system reform would improve the prompting mechanism, reform the structure, and strengthenthe restricted mechanism. Through these methods we could change the way people perform to holdit back and prevent the corruption. |
