| 摘 要： | 如何正确认识和评价村民自治及其对农村基层党组织建设的影响 ,文章认为 ,村民自治直接推动和促进了农村党的基层组织的民主建设 ,是扩大基层民主 ,建设有中国特色社会主义民主政治的伟大创造。同时 ,村民自治也要求农村基层组织必须转变领导方式和领导方法。
