| Abstract: | The morphine was firstly changed into the morphine-6-succinate at its hydroxyl position.Then the morphine-6-succinate was conjugated with either bovine serum albumin (BSA) or with the egg albumin.The morphine-6-succinate and the BSA conjugate was used as the immunogen,while the morphine-6-succinate and egg albumin conjugate was used as the antigen.White rabbits were immunized with the immunogen.High titer (1∶12 800) multiclonal anti-morphine antisera were obtained.The titration of antiserum was carried out by using the antigen.The present study is the basis of establishing the hybridoma secreting the monoclonal antimorphine antibodies. |
