浅析高职法学教学中的案例教学

高职法学教育包括通识教育和职业教育两部分,正确处理二者的关系,是高职法学教育健康发展的重要前提.高职院校应突破传统法学教学,积极采用案例教学法,通过开展案例教学,既能解决高职学生素质参差不齐、教学效果不明显的问题,又能克服传统的法学教学方法重理论轻实践的弊端,从而突出职业教育的实践环节,促进职业教育与经济建设、社会发展紧密结合,为社会主义法制建设培养出合格、优秀的法律职业人才.

Analysis of Case Teaching in Higher Vocational Legal Education

Legal education in higher vocational colleges includes two parts-general education and vocational education,correctly handle the relationship between the two,is the important prerequisite for healthy development of higher vocational education of law.Higher vocational colleges should break through traditional law teaching,actively adopting case teaching method,which is capable of solving the problems such as students’ quality uneven,teaching effect not obvious,and overcome the shortcomings of traditional legal teaching methods paying less attention to the practice with too much importance attached to the theory,to highlight the practice of vocational education,combine vocational education and economic development,social development closely,train qualified and excellent legal professionals for the building of the socialist legal system.
