| Abstract: | The authors observe that the foundation of governing by corporate juridical person should be remoulded so as to realize the effective unity based on the foundation between proprietorship and the right of decentralized management. Some of the proprietors directly participate in the hierarchical governance as business operators so as to form a certain kind of supervision which is regarded as an interior monitoring device and can be realized more easily. |
